Keio 5yo Birthday

When i read my last year posts (Keio 4yo Birthday), i can see that was a struggling year for us, for me and Keio. But now, i can say that, this is our year's. After learn much things, i know how to communicate with Keio (he's a strong wild child), how to treat him, how to handle him when his got to emotional.
And i can say also, that Keio has learn how to be a good son for me. Keio try to tell me, with his way (not with conversation like his big brother, Aurelius). His act,  weeping, depressed, and his face show what he want to say.

Happy birthday 5yo my lovely, Keio. His my favorite! He's cool, handsome and so fun, mischievous (the closer word to describe how he treat world around him.

The party was joining with our thanksgiving for our new home. A lot of friends and family come to this happy moment. Thank you Alvin Kurniawan for being the master of ceremony that day. Thank you Ferdy www.akudancameraku.blogspot.com for the music.

I just can say that we (me and Keio) can make it. We're a good partner now. I pray for your world, Keio. Like water barged in front, may God be with you, in front of you. So you can stand still.

Happy 6 yo Aurelius Frederic

Bertepatan dengan Hari Ulang Tahun Aurelius ke 6, keluarga kami pindah rumah ke lokasi Alam Sutera. Tepat enam tahun yang lalu kami membeli tanah di sini dan enam tahun kemudian, di tanggal yang sama, kami hijrah ke daerah Tangerang. Dan ini tepat di hari ulang tahun Aurelius ke 6. Karena kesibukan dan kerepotan pindahan rumah, kami tidak sempat mengadakan satu pesta untuk Aurelius seperti tahun-tahun sebelumnya. Keesokan malamnya, saya membelikan kue ulang tahun dan kami merayakan di dalam kamar Aurelius yang baru. Happy birthday, my dear. Jesus loves you!

Keio 4yo Birthday

August, 23rd 2012 is Keio 4yo birthday. We're celebrating at Dapur Sunda, Kelapa Gading. It's a nice place to blow up the candle and cutting the "Harvest" Birthday Cake.

My dear Keio..now you're 4yo. I read from an article that a children will lose the cuteness at 4. Uhm...i think i don't believe it..but a day before, when i think about it..i feel sad, because when it's true, i will lose my cuteness baby boy ;)
I do like you much...and much..even though sometimes we have rough time, struggling for our own ways, i do love you more.
Sometimes i get frustrated with your madder, whine, throw all things, i have to yelling at you to do something good, but trust me..i keep learning how to be a good Mom for you. Like today, i read 24 pages articles how to be a good parent for a strong child like you. :) You're strong, clever, fun and cute also :p
I keep the faith that we'll be a good partner. 
I do love you like I love your big brother Aurelius, and never doubt it!
Fly in this life without fear, my dear baby boy Keio. I count on you!

I remember your pray just the night when your birthday,
"Haloo..saya Keio.. sekarang saya 4 tahun. Cita-cita saya mau jadi anak baik, anak Tuhan Yesus.."

I'm surprise and shocking when you say that..but that is my pray for you too. May God bless your life. He will stand beside you, when everyone (including me) seems don't understand you.

We make the goody bag that we gave to all the children in class with their own name.
The goody bag made by people who disabled, but they still want to be productive as a man. They work as good as a normal people, and i admitted their work is good and so neat.
Please find Precious One and fine another good things that they make.
You can help them by giving them a work to do.

I discussed with Aurelius about the goody bag. We're visiting the worker in workshop and i teach Aurelius how to appreciate other people and how we can help them. That's Aurelius lesson for his 5 yo birthday.
I hope Aurelius can do something good for other people, for this world and for God.

A Happy Busy Day

Entering March, I'm gonna say, this is a busy month. And even a busy day. So, on my day, i have no time for dinner with my family. I miss my boys :(  I only have about 45 minutes after work office, before my lecturing time.
So, i spend my little time @ Cheese Cake, Tomang.

I have dinner with my family the day after at Koi Restaurant , Emporium Pluit Mall. It's okay, I think. When Aurelius and Keio say "Mommy Ulang Tahun? Selamat Ulang Tahun, Mom", with a kissing. That's the happiest thing.

My Keio 3rd Birthday

23 Agustus 2011,

Saya memberinya nama Keio Emmanuel. Sejak hari-hari pertama dalam kandungan, Keio banyak melakukan hal yang luar biasa bersama saya. Aksi panggung menari, sampai berenang di Ancol naik ke tangga spiral paling atas. Melakukan banyak pekerjaan yang menuntut energi dan kecepatan yang luar biasa. Sampai kepada ujian sidang tesis, kita lakukan bersama.

That's why i gave him a Japanese name, Keio (Strong, powerful). Namun jika tanpa penyertaan Tuhan, pasti tidak akan terjadi hal yang luar biasa tersebut. Emmanuel, Tuhan beserta-mu, Nak. Saya percaya dalam hidup Keio, akan melakukan hal-hal yang luar biasa dengan penyertaan Tuhan,sehingga nama Tuhan dipermuliakan.

Keio memiliki jiwa pemberani. Mampu melakukan aktifitas yang menurut orang dewasa sepertinya untuk seorang anak seumur dia dan sekecil itu bisa. Tapi ternyata, He did it!

Keio memiliki sifat ulet, tangguh dan tidak mudah menyerah. Keio menyukai permainan lego, permainan yang membutuhkan konsentrasi, kesabaran, dan imajinasi.

Keio lebih mengungkapkan emosi melalui perbuatan.

Keio is a good singer. Dia mampu mendengar dan belajar lagu dari film yang dilihat dan hafal dengan baik. Di usia tiga tahun ini, dia sudah mampu menyanyikan "I swear..by the moon and the star in the sky..." (Babyface song). Wow, he is great.

Keio anak yang mandiri, sudah bisa makan sendiri, sikat gigi sendiri, mengambil air dan makanan dari kulkas.


Keio is a good eater. Apa saja dia bisa makan dengan mudah. Permen, coklat, snack, kue, es ... (hmmmppffh, itulah kenapa dia mudah terkena pilek). Senang dia adalah anak yang tergolong mudah makan, tapi khawatir juga karena jenis makanannya.

Menjadi anak kedua, membentuk Keio juga menjadi seorang anak yang agak keras. Terpaut satu tahun satu bulan dengan kokonya, Aurelius, tahun pertama menjadi tahun yang agak sulit untuknya. Aurelius sepertinya cemburu dan tidak membiarkan saya mempunyai waktu yang banyak untuk Keio.

Saya ingat ketika ada hari hari Aurelius merengek dan tidak membolehkan saya menggendongnya. Bahkan ketika Keio baru belajar jalan, Aurelius yang saat itu sudah lancar berlari, sering mendorong Keio yang baru saja berdiri. Hari ini, saya terus menanamkan Keio untuk menyayangi koko Aurelius. Dan saat ini pun Aurelius sudah mengerti akan perannya sebagai seorang koko.

"Keio, Mom akan selalu mendukung Keio melakukan hal hal yang besar dan indah dalam hidupmu. Teruslah menjadi kuat di dalam Tuhan, dan lakukanlah bersama Tuhan".

Up Coming Next B'day Party

This August Keio will be 3 years old. The 1st Keio B'day Party was in McD Taman Anggrek Mal. The 2nd years, we have party at the school. Wondering where is the 3rd Birthday Party :)

Seaworld Ancol, Jakarta

Ketika di PG TKK 11 PENABUR, ada saat Aurelius karyawisata ke Seaworld Ancol. Namun sayang, tidak bisa diikuti karena Aurelius sedang sakit.

Akhirnya, pada saat Ulang Tahun ke 4, setelah perayaan Aurelius di sekolah, saya, Aurelius, Keio, papa saya, bersama kedua pengasuh kami, pergi ke Seaworld.

My Blessing for 4 yrs Aurelius

21 July 2011. Happy birthday, My beloved son Aurelius Frederic.

This last 4 years, and the years after this, because of you my whole world is become beautiful.
Since you were in my womb, you always be blessing for me. You accompany me during my master college in Universitas Indonesia. Wake up early in the morning, working, college in the afternoon, and sometimes we have to do some papers until late night.
We did it together, you always in good condition, and me either. You make me comfort with you in me.

After you were born, here you are beside me, we always talked about everything, singing together. And sometimes you told me something by your feelings to me. I remember when your nanny did something bad to you, you gave me sign that my heart can read. And thanks God, we can trough all bad things.

And since you were become big brother, yes I can say you are a good big brother for Keio. You take care of him, when I'm not around. Even sometimes i know, you annoyed by him, but you try to control your self. You listen and understand what I'm saying to you about brothers.

You did everything with the best of you. You made achievement in some competitions. Good job son! You are my blessing.

In this 4 years your birthday, this is my pray for you.
You will become a great man. You will be like a tree that planted beside the river of God, that produce your fruit in His time. God will blessing your life like He bless me, even more than that.

Your heart, body and soul will grow in God. You will have good health, wealth and longevity.

Anything that you make is succeed by he grace of God. You will surround by many good of friends. They will support you. And you will bless them who surround you,

You will avoid the bad things, and you always make your God smiling for you. You will serve Jesus as your God. You will make amazing things for Him.

Happy 35 Years Wedding Anniversary

24 April 2011, usia pernikahan Mama dan Papa saya sudah 35 tahun. Sederhana kami merayakan di rumah baru (berbarengan dengan syukuran pindah rumah).

Tahun ini, ulang tahun saya jatuh pada hari Sabtu. Jadi satu hari ini, menghabiskan waktu bersama anak anak dan keluarga adalah hal yang terindah.
Sore hari, kami sempat menghabiskan dan menikmati matahari terbenam, di Le Bridge Ancol.

 Disini ada satu mesin yang bisa mengeluarkan minuman dingin. Aurelius dan Keio tertarik dengan prosesnya, memasukan selembar sepuluh ribuan, bisa memilih jenis minuman yang diinginkan.

Dinner time di Bandar Jakarta, Ancol. Kami bebas memilih ikan, cumi, udang, dan yang lainnya termasuk berapa besarnya. Aurelius membantu memilihkannya bersama Mama saya (Emak).
